Step 1
Power on Tesco THDVD17, the make sure to remove disc in the tray.
Step 2
Now, close tray. the screen should says "no disk"
Step 3
press setup button on remote , make sure battries are working on the remote.
Step 4
scroll right four times to the preferences page enter region free code 1379, a new screen will appear, now you have the ability to change region code to 0 or whichever region you want.
Step 5
press setup and turn off, turn it back on and you're all set
